Giant Alder Cone

Giant Alder Cones are the same as alder cones but just a larger variety. These will release a lot more tannins into the water.
They act the same way as Indian Almond Leaves, which benefit shrimps, bettas, cichlids and tetras for their healing properties and ability to lower pH.

Cone Sizes:1 - 1.5 Inches

Directions:
Use 1 Cones per 2 gallon of water volume, replace or add extras every 2-3 month.

Boil 5mins before use to remove excess tannins.

To adjust the pH, do a water change to lower the tannins in the water.

Alder cones releases lots of tannins, please add small amount at the start.
